Shipping & Delivery

Cloud Nine Australia offer a flat rate shipping fee of $11.00. Estimated delivery times are around 3-7 working days.

All orders placed after 13:00 (CST) will be dispatched the following day.

Shipments and deliveries occur Monday-Friday. A signature will be required upon receipt of the item, so please ensure that someone is present at your delivery address to sign for the item.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to delays pending the courier.

All Cloud Nine products are created to the highest standards and undergo rigorous inspection prior to leaving us. However, if for any reason you wish to return a Cloud Nine product, we offer a full refund within 7 working days of you receiving your item.

Alternatively, we offer a free of charge exchange within 14 days of you receiving your item.

We endeavour to make the returns process as simple and straightforward as possible. To make a return:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return the product, along with the original invoice, to the specified address within 7 days of receiving your item.

All returned goods must be unmarked, unused and undamaged. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Please note that any items received without prior notification will not be accepted.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use registered delivery when you return an item to us, as we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost goods. Please ensure that all returned goods are in a secure postage bag or parcel and therefore remain in good condition.
